Q: Do you allow pets?
A: No, in an effort to accommodate all guests, including those with severe allergies, we do not rent to guests with pets.

Q: Do you allow smoking?
A: We welcome all guests; however, we ask that smokers do not smoke while in the homes.

Q: How far are the homes from the beach?
A: Blue Water Place and Blue Water Court are located less than five miles from the beach. It is about a 10 minute drive to the closest beach.

Q: Do you provide basic toiletries and supplies?
A: No, you will need to provide your own toiletries, which includes toilet paper, paper towels and soap. When you arrive, a small supply of laundry detergent, soap, and toilet paper is provided, but will not last your entire visit.

Q: How far away is the supermarket?
A: There are two grocery stores located five minutes away by car from the homes. A Target (store which provides everything from clothing to medicine to home goods) is located approximately 15 minutes from the house. For an extra fee, a starter pack of food can be provided for your arrival.

Q: How far away are the golf courses?
A: While Naples boasts 35 golf courses in the area, Briarwood has a driving range for those in need of practicing their swing.
