Inquire about monthly rates. Rates are fully inclusive of all sales and tourists taxes, local phone calls, and departure cleaning. Returnable security deposit of $300. Pool/Spa heating an additional $15 per day. Check in 4pm local time – departure 11am local time Saturday through Saturday.
